Summit View

Summit View is a beautiful two-story affordable housing community with a modern design that blends seamlessly with the surrounding neighborhood. The 48-home apartment community serves residents earning below 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI) who have experienced homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.

Eight of the apartment homes are reserved for residents with mobility issues, while five others are reserved for residents with sensory concerns. Summit View provides an array of onsite community amenities, including programs and services provided by the Hope through Housing Foundation and Riverside University Health System Behavioral Health. These programs offer academic success for youths, family financial stability and overall health and wellness.
